Upon arriving we were greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk. The atmosphere of the hotel was so cute and clean when we walked in. The pool was amazing, it was a salt water pool! Also had fresh towels for you on the pool deck so you didn’t have to have your own beach towel unless you wanted to. The room was clean and cute, great view of the titan’s stadium and the triangle of restaurants. (Lol) Maxwell’s restaurant inside the hotel was amazing, we ate there twice during our stay. Great food, great service, great drinks! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

The staff is really, really kind and always available to help you and satisfy your needs. There's a great swimming pool, cafeteria, gym and gift shop in the hotel. Our room was big, the beds were clean and comfortable, but all so, so humid. The carpet floor was really wet and the room smelled humid. There windows don't open so makes it difficult to dry. There are a few details in the bathroom related to maintaince difficulties and perhaps the age of the place. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to downtown from there. Next to many fast food restaurants. Good place to stay with a good relation price/quality.

From the pictures it looked like it was a decent hotel. A little dated but decent. Upon arriving the outside looks nice but the inside is not good. The lobby is huge but empty, with some chair just set against the wall. The elevator was a little sketchy and had water in the same elevator for hours. The rooms are really outdated. There is no mini fridge or microwave (which there was a microwave set by the elevator door, very ghetto). While the bed was comfortable, there is just so many things wrong with this place. No hot water, the tub doesn’t drain, live tv doesn’t work and the walls are thin so you can hear what’s going on next to you. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff was nice but I am never coming back. The weekend prices for this place should not be as high as they are

Beds are comfortable. While the rooms are slightly dated and no fridge in the room, it is clean and has great views. Close to downtown without being in the middle of the craziness. Surrounding area was fine and no issues were encountered. We will definitely be back to this hotel. The woman in the front was very nice along with the other workers we encountered.

Shuttle goes to downtown and back on a regular schedule
They have there own shuttle that runs on a regular schedule.
Answers to this question will largely depend on your expectations. In my opinion, this hotel is incredibly outdated. Having said that, it is clean and comfortable. The staff is also friendly and it also happens to be a great bargain. If you will be booking last minute, I highly recommend you download the app Hotel Tonight - they regularly have rates under $100 per night.
Yes,it is a pretty safe hotel. You will like it.
Yes, they have a lovely pool area there at Millennium Maxwell House. I traveled with my family for 2 weeks on a cross country road trip, & out of all 14+ hotels we stayed in, MMH was by far my favorite!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Nashville!
There is but currently it is closed. They will reopen early next year.
There's a shuttle to downtown but I don't know if there is one to airport
