When I booked my stay it was $266. When I had arrived it was $316. When booking my stay I had verbally asked for breakfast to be included and parking. Neither was included. Charged for parking that is included and attached to their Hotel and they still Charged their guest. Beds were horrible. I had my family up by 5:30. I felt as if I was on the floor. Room was nice and smelled great. Staff was great too.

We stayed here over the 4th of July, checking in on the 2nd and leaving the 6th. Let's start with valet parking. When we arrived, it took us 47 minutes to get our vehicle parked-- the wait to get into the parking garage was that long. When valet finally approached us, they didn't help with a single thing. No opening of doors, helping load luggage onto a luggage cart, etc. Remember, you're paying $40/ night for this service, which never once appeared to actually be a service of any kind. More on that later. We ended up taking 2 trips to get all of our belongings inside because there was not an available luggage cart. Our hotel room had an odor of musty, wet carpet. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain as well as other general dirtiness in the bathroom. Fortunately, housekeeping was able to clean most of that for us upon request. I purchased a room spray to use while we where there which helped mask some of the odor. We tried to be out of the room as much as possible because of this. It was just one of those smells that was very difficult to sit in. The hotel carpet is in need of replacing. It's stretched, bulging and worn everywhere you look. Ice machines are turned off, I'd guess because of the amount of noise they make for neighboring hotel rooms. Can't say I blame those people for turning them off. Of course, this made the hunt for ice time consuming. You either had to turn it back on, wait and hope that it wasn't shut off before you returned, or ride the elevator and hope you guessed right when picking another ice machine to visit. The WIFI did not work during our entire stay. While you are traveling, and in an unknown city, you do a lot of looking things up-- this became a challenge. My husband was not able to utilize his work computer because he didn't have an internet source. The first night we stayed, there was some type of altercation or argument that occurred right outside our door--or at least very close to it. It woke our whole family up and went on for quite some time. The fire station close by is definitely noticeable but I didn't feel as though it disrupted the evenings on most occasions. There was never an area that we found to be able to refill a water bottle, like some hotels will have by the front desk. We just ended up purchasing water which was fine but not very eco-friendly. On tuesday, valet was unable to locate our vehicle keys and asked us to come take a look in "the box" and see if we could find them. Once we locate them, they allowed us to retrieve our own vehicle. How kind of them! Again, $40/ night people. The hotel pool deck was nice, with ample seating for everyone. The pool itself could have probably been cleaned a little better, towards the end of our stay there was a lot of gunk floating along. We were able to watch the fireworks from here which the kids really enjoyed. The next day, when we checked out, valet again didn't offer to gather our vehicle. Instead, the gentleman working at the counter, who identified himself as Chad, was heavily inconvenienced by our presence and had to put his personal phone call, which was on speaker phone when we arrived, on hold to get us our keys. It was very obvious that he was not interested in helping us in any way. Overall, if you are someone who enjoys a clean, fresh smelling, friendly interaction, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for comfort or any type of luxury, this is also not the place for you. I would highly recommend the hotel next door. We will most definitely NOT visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone traveling to Nashville.

First, let me state the hotel itself was clean and convenient to the downtown/convention center area. My room was good and my interaction with the staff was pleasant. However, the hotel is right beside the fire department and the sear amount of sirens that went off during my stay was insane. All through the night, about every hour. I could barely sleep. When I asked to be relocated because my room overlooked the road, I was informed it wouldn’t make a difference. So in summary good hotel, terrible location.

Stayed here while visiting Nashville on vacation. Hotel is modern, well kept, clean with friendly, catering, professional staff. Walking distance to any of the downtown attractions. Only shortfall was the breakfast staff seemed to be challenged with taking orders and getting them correct during the three mornings we visited. In one case the valet attendant appeared to be extremely impaired making us apprehensive about entrusting our car to him. All other valets were awesome. Recommended. Thank you.
