Janna and her team are awesome! I always feel so welcome here. I've done some personal training as well, and have had some great results. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

Crunch has such a great atmosphere, I never feel uncomfortable there and the equipment is always clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and I love the hydro massage beds and the spray tanning! Sometimes I’ll come in just to use the hydromassage after work. They’ve got some great trainers and lots of fun events too. I’ve been a member at Broadstone Sports Club, Cal Fit and 24 hour and Crunch has definitely been my favorite. Honestly for the price, I don’t know how they make money but it’s by far the most bang for your buck with all the gyms in Folsom.

This is my favorite crunch location. I've tried 2 others in the area. It is always clean, staff are friendly when you approach them, and the equipment is well kept. They have a group fitness room, TRX, cardio machine, and HIIT area. Love it. I really enjoy working out here.

I don't know if they offer a one day pass, they may offer a free pass if you are interested in joining but have not yet done so.
Crunch is easily one of my favorite gyms. Sign up ranges from free to $39 dues are cheap around 15-24 a month depending on the level. If you are close well worth a visit. Always clean, lots of equipment.
Check www.crunch.com for the latest specials. Normally 0-39 enrollment then Monthly fees from 19-35 depending on your level. 1 time a year fee for maintenance (40 ish), which is worth it. They always bring in new equipment and gear.
