I love my gym!! Everyone is so friendly, the amenities are top notch and I love going to the cafe. My child is a huge fan of their kids club. I highly recommend!

🗣️This establishment is in full-support of "WH_TE NATION_LISM"!!! I spoke with the general manager on the water bottle issue and she said: "this phrase could mean anything to the individual" and added the phrase "freedom of speech" in there 🙄 this is an obvious symbol of hate and I am disgusted with the handling of this situation. I'll be contacting the higher-ups. Edited to add that a TRAINER (Jake) employed by this gym has a "LGBrandon" sticker on his water bottle... What the heck? How is this allowed? The Barbell Strength class with Betsy was the worst exercise class I've attended in a while. Not only was the instructor highly condescending, she did not explain any of the steps very well at all and I felt like the whole class was struggling to follow along. Very confusing and I will not be attending another class with her.

2 full size basketball courts. Kids club is next level. Not many gyms have this bonus feature. Bummed the Folsom location didn’t keep not 1(one) tennis court which was the main reason we joined. - turned them all into paddle tennis. . Ya could of kept 1 tennis court!
