Bruce Garlick apt 276 disappointed with the amenities here at the press as the TV's do not work and have not worked since we moved in. the pool is dirty there are not enough umbrellas at the pool for shade.

For the past six years that I have lived in this community managed by FPI, there has not been a single corporate survey of the tenants regarding the performance of our community management team. Corporate has no clue. There is absolutely no oversight. Managers do what they want to do and ignore their crucial responsibilities as long as it doesn’t show up on paperwork. Yes, they make sure it all looks good on paper. OWNERS AND INVESTORS BEWARE !

Hi! When FPI was founded in 1968, we were called Federal Properties Incorporated. At that time we were in the development and construction of apartment communities, but over time we changed directions and went 100% to fee management, and we have zero ownership interest in the properties we have been entrusted to manage. With this change, we dropped our name and kept our initials, FPI Management. Fun fact, we actually manage some of the buildings we originally developed!
