I truly appreciate Brad's compassion and empathy for me and my situation. He was wonderful to speak with and although it can be an emotional experience and straying from the questions, he still took the time to listen to me and validating my concerns, and I am very grateful for that. I highly recommend anyone who has any question of Bankruptcy, Debt Management to consider working with Sadek and Cooper, as they understand we are all human beings, that we are not perfect, and just by listening, compassion and empathy, as well as clarity of what is entailed.

Generally, recent bank statements, pay-stubs and tax returns are needed to file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Sadek and Cooper will ascertain all of your creditors for you by way of a credit report and judgment and lien search. A Bankruptcy proceeding will generally only take 3-5 months once the paperwork is provided to our office.
