I have been here for 2/1/2 yrs ! It has gotten progressively worse ! The care is horrible with no follow thru for further care ! The medication is not given with name brands if ordered as such! The care is not given if you can do anything by yourself ( they forget about you) ! Some staff is rude and your talked to as a child!! Staff is always on cell phones , ear buds and on there wrist , instead of working! I am leaving and I am so glad!!!!Want to add that I did meet a lot of nice people and some staff that were wonderful!!Helpful, who listened and tried to make it alittle better!!!

We have had a few problems since mom's admission but the staff has been very responsive to resolving the issues. Almost everyone I have met has been very nice and very patient with my mom.

the dialysis center is NEXT DOOR to this nursing home,, it is no way or form any part of this rehab. the dialysis center is not a part of their organization!!! davita dialysis is their own entity from this rehab, yes some patients do get dialysis there,but the nursing home think its cheaper to send them next door than to find transportation for their residents. just to clarify
