two of my windows the were installed in 2020 were leaking. Had castle back March 8th . They removed the windows and found both frames were cracked. Installer said it would take two weeks and they would be back. Itβs now two months and I cannot get a return call from anyone at Castle Windows. Very disappointed since they are expensive to start.

In the 1st stages... So far so good! I had the customer rep come out Jess, she was wonderful. Explained everything in detail, had a good product. Then our guy who came to measure the windows, Nick, did a good job, took his time. He also took pictures of every measurement... I'll post again in about February or so when our windows are supposed to come in....ππ€

I called Castle today to schedule a visit to get an estimate. The lady on phone told me that if my wife wasn't present at the time of the visit they could not schedule it. That was the end of the conversation. You can not do business with a company that has hilarious policies.

My elderly uncle called Castle to install windows in his attic. He is mostly blind. The service representative had him sign a contract and since he could not see he did not know the policy on CANCELLATIONS. He was not verbally told what the contract said about cancelling. He called the day after he could cancel and they refused to let him cancel the order. There were circumstances why he couldn't go through with the purchase. He asked me to call for him to try to get him out of the contract. I spoke to DAN KEEBLER on the phone and he assured me he would try to take care of it. He said that the windows were probably being cut. Which would be a huge surprise since they said they could even get them until January to install them. SInce my uncle used them in the past he called them again because he does not know how to find better business. He received a price of $4,500 for 3 small windows that are inside the house. Home Depot could do the same installation for more than half the price. He used Castle 5 years ago for doors and windows. The windows were supposed to be trimmed in green and they were never trimmed, He paid extra for this service. After contacting them they said they would be back in two weeks to trim the windows and never came back. Two windows are trimmed in green and the rest are white. The door entrance is uneven. Which he can see because he is blind, so he didn't know to ask them to come back and fix it. I would never ever use this company for any service. They are overpriced a and the quality of work is subpar. I was extremely disappointed in DAN KEEBLER for not returning my call being I explained my uncle's blindness and the financial concerns. Taking advantage of elderly people seems to be okay with this company. A quality company would not treat people like this!

Castle windows is one of the most professional honest and does the best work I've ever had done on my home they gave me a fair price cleaned up when they were done and all my doors and windows were awesome I don't know what you're talkin about but it's definitely not Castle windows
