This is a wonderful gym for workouts. I’ve been a regular here since 2020(when this gym opened) and this place has been maintained in the same excellent condition ever since, very clean and hygienic. Sufficient equipments for all kinds of workout. Appreciate all the effort the owners and staff are putting in to keep this gym in such a nice condition.

I love Orange Theory. I am SOOOOO happy my friend recommended it. I been there a month now. It's very easy to feel a good vibe. I love the technique used to workout. I have always burned at least 400 calories (as a beginner) each workout! Lovely trainers.

The manager was polite and willing to work with me for the short time that I was going to be in the area so that I could stick with my routine. All of the machines are kept in good condition and there are multiple wipe stations that were stocked every time I used them. I didn't use a trainer, but they do have those available too.

Yes, the showers are open. From what I can see they are kept pretty clean as well
Hi Judy- we currently offer one on and small group training (2-4) As our membership base grows we will have the capabilities to offer group training (4+ ).
