Positive: The live music was really fun! The staff was very accommodating! When we checked into our room, there was an unpleasant odor. The staff quickly changed our room and insured our happiness. Negative: Room service line wasn¿t answering , so phone front desk. took order over phone attempting to assist. We called room service again; food hadn¿t arrived in 35 min. They just received irder so made it fast. However, order was incorrect

My wife and I stayed here a few days and were very impressed with the quality of service. Everyone from the front desk to the multiple shuttle drivers were curious, helpful, attentive and seemed to genuinely care about the guests experience. We were able to drop our car in the back parking lot a few hours before check in so that we could tour the town without having to find parking. The shuttle drivers know everything there is to know about downtown and were all very helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was generally very nice and accommodating. The only reason for the 4 stars is the neighborhood where the hotel is located.

Room was clean and spacious. The service was excellent. Ivy made sure I was comfortable and quickly answered all of my questions and requests. Rick and James, the friendly shuttle drivers helped me get safely to and from the hotel. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient yet safely away from the late night partying. I had a great view of the parthenon from my balcony. Overall, they made this trip easy and enjoyable.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is nice, it’s sandwiched right between Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University, and there’s quite a few good dining options within a stones throw. The staff was so friendly, they even let us check in about 5 hours early and we got a spotless, quiet room. Housekeeping was quick to drop off things we requested like coffee and toiletries, and the shuttle service is great. The drivers were all personable, accommodating, and had some good recommendations for things to do while in town. If I had to critique anything, I would say that the restaurant in the hotel is lackluster, but it didn’t bother us much since there were so many other good places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk.

There is not an airport shuttle. The shuttle runs within 2.5 miles of the hotel.
Parking cost money, I think about $20 per day. I don't recall seeing a safety box. I usually use one for my gun and other valuables if it is there, and I don't think they had one. There was an extra blanket in our closet.
I wish I could but hotels in Nashville are Ouch right now. They can't build enough. Vanderbilt Holiday Inn is the best outside of downtown Nashville.

They are a little more than a mile away from the strip and they have free shuttle service to and from the downtown strip, but you may end up waiting a bit.
