We stayed here In July 2022 Staff was amazing Room was clean and AC was cold Few points for future guests: Pros There is Starbucks in the lobby and a full Starbucks 1 block away There is a dollar general XL across the street Broadway St, the walking bridge, Assembly food hall, and country music hall of fame are all a 10 minute or less walk from the hotel Cons The crowds are loud outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. I never felt unsafe in the hotel.

The management and staff was friendly and very helpful during our check-in and stay overnight. The room we had reserved was very clean and had a beautiful view of the city. We were on 3rd street and within walking distance of the Titan stadium and many restaurants. We had breakfast the next morning and everything was hot and delicious. My husband enjoyed a Starbucks coffee from the bar area. Check-out was quick and easy. I’d like to recognize one of the managers, Wiktoria, for making our stay especially memorable! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Prime location for walkable distance to everything downtown! Minutes from all sorts of restaurants, Broadway and museums. Complementary coffee, breakfast and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I enjoyed that after 11pm you need to scan your hotel key to get in. Especially for a girls trip, that was comfortable to have at night. The elevators required the key also for safety. I would definitely stay again!

The staff have all been friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel but the room is large enough for 4 women. 5 minute walk to Broadway which saves on ubers. A mini Starbucks in lobby but just 1/2 a block away is a full order Starbucks. Breakfast is free. I would definitely stay here again.

They have a fantastic bar, not sure about the room service though. We just picked up food from the bar and took it back to our room.
Yes you pay. The first few floors are the parking structure and above the structure are the rooms. I would recommend using the valet service because it was only like $1 more than self parking per night.
15-20 minute walk! People start tailgating across the street in the parking lot on game days!
All day , maybe until 10:00 pm
15 minutes walking 5 minutes in car
