Booked through capital one travel and the address in the confirmation email was this location. Showed up and was turned away and told that the reservation was somehow made at a different location and I had to waste money on another lyft just to get to the other address. Extremely unprofessional and attitude was very unpleasant . The person who spoke to me on the phone also hung up on me before I could finish asking questions. Would not recommend.

When I was staying at this hotel because I actually lived there for a minute somebody actually kicked me out because they were counting the cars of the people that were coming to see me I'm a local person who everybody who's coming to see me if there's nothing crazy going on I'm a popular girl I'm in a better place now but I felt like it was totally unwarranted I always have a sour taste in my mouth for that particular roadway inn they have no weekly rates if you ask me they're worried about the wrong things

Room 138 was great, very clean an neat. As for room 466, it had mold behind the door. You could literally see the paint peeling and surrounding mold, my wash cloths and towels had black spots and to top it all off I had them to call the room so I could check on my father and no answer several times. But he tells me to use my cell phone. If my father had a cell phone, I would have called It first. But returning to the room I found the phone in the drawer. He was very unprofessional an rude.

Yes, I read these other reviews and was skeptical, but in an emergency ducked in here for the night. It was fine! Yes, it's a little dated, though the TV and some things were new. It wasn't a five-star comfortable bed, but it was very clean. A little city noise but slept soundly. Fairly priced, even last-minute. We were told the only rooms available were smoking rooms, but I did not detect the smell of any smoke. The people who work here are clearly doing the best they can with an old hotel building, and for that I commend them. Nicely done.
