It is in need of updating and repairs. Not that bad. Its just a well worn place that has been somewhat repaired by and by the looks of things they're slowly getting it together. They truely need to have a contractor in there. Then their ratings will vastly improve. Otherwise, great staff members and a clean place that is sure enough and everything seemed to be in working order. There's a continent breakfast in the mornings in a decent room. It's on the verge of not being able to be family worthy but, I would definitely patronize this establishment with my family and save a few bucks.

If I could give a negative review it would be -10. 1.The floors are dirty 2. No shuttle to/from airport 3. Floor in room sticky- KEEP YOUR SHOES ON 4. Air-conditioned is extremely noisy. 5. OVERPRICED for what you get 6. Falsely Advertised on Expedia 7. Pool is Nasty Scary 8. Needs a complete remodel!!! 9. Breakfast gets a thumbs down 10. Not really within walking of anything worthwhile.

We were getting nervous with all these bad reviews before we got here, but they seem to be unfounded. Rooms had nice wood flooring. Everything in our room and our friends in the next was clean. The beds were comfortable although a little creaky. Plenty of water pressure in the shower and plenty of HOT water. The only negatives is the pool is still closed and the hallways a poorly lit. Hallways could use freshening up. Photos of room were taken at the end of our stay.

Came to Nashville for a conference with a group of 4 women. We pulled up to the hotel and were immediately uncomfortable with how poorly lit the parking lot was. The hotel looks like an abandoned hospital. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone and had to find someone to check us in. He was very rude and didn't seem to want to help. Hotel looked very out of date, but we tried to keep an open mind. We didn't trust the elevator, so we took the stairs to our second floor rooms. The hallway were filthy with noticeably dirty floors- looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The doors were very scratched and the walls had holes. It looked like a scene from a horror movie. We found our rooms and immediately decided to leave. The room smelled incredibly musty, there were more holes in the walls, moldy bathrooms, and stained beds. I'm not kidding when I say the mattress had, what appeared to be, a blood stain on it. We went down to the desk to check out and we were were told we would still be charged for one night (we had reserved the rooms for 3 nights). We said we would not be paying and he said we could call in the morning and speak to the manager for a refund. We did not pay for the stay. We found other hotel rooms for our trip. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone- it absolutely felt like somewhere out of a horror movie.
