Call them? You can't get through to them on the phone! Its the same stupid messages about having to high a call volume
I am going through the same thing. I could not do it online because the old claim ends by the middle of April and it won't take that one or let me open a new one.
Call them, your record is probably locked with the old login info. They don't clean back well.
