Whitney B. is by far the sweetest recruiter I have ever been in contact with. Many recruiters just do the bare minimum, once you submit your application, someone gives you a call, asks a few questions and that's it. No follow-up, no emails, no communication whatsoever. I also understand how busy a recruiter's life can be so it is understandable. BUT Whitney at Randstand, sought out my resume, contacted me and gave me all the information I needed. She was an open book to any of my questions, knowledgeable about the company she was recruiting for, and overall just made my experience one I could never forget! From day one she was very supportive and sent emails with follow-up calls on top of her already busy schedule. I did get the job I was recruited for and I honestly believe it was a blessing and it all started with Whitney! I put in the application on a Tuesday and took the drug test & got hired on a Wednesday the next day. With an awesome job w/good pay rate. I start the following Tuesday of the next week. Plus its a temp to hire job. Its a 1hr commute to & from work. It made me a believer.
