Pinnacle came and plugged the 17 entry points that gave rats access to our roof and house. They put bait traps outside in the yard. They had to come back once because the rats had eaten through one of the roof plugs. They come twice yearly to check the bait stations and refill them. No more rat problem here.

We found them through a Google search. Had them do an inspection and were told subterranean termites was likely the cause of wings in our bathtub. They were more reasonable than another company we reached out to so we went with them. They were professional and answered all our questions. The job took the whole day but fingers crossed we won't need their services again! We were satisfied with the service provided.
