Franklin appeared to be very knowledgeable in his profession and very determine to rid us of our pests. He also in lightened me in regards to the different kinds of pests we have and how to tell the difference thru their poop as the rodents (bats) are nocturnal so we never see them just their poop. We really appreciate Franklin as he carried himself in a professional manner but warm and caring. Just a great guy!!

The fumigation process from Western Exterminator comes with quite a bit of prep on your part. This includes removing living plants, pets and securing food in sealed containers before the fumigation. Your family will also need to find someplace to stay for a couple of nights, too. Western Exterminator will show up and cover the house in a large tent. The tent ensures the fumigant stays within the house to deeply penetrate the wood to get to termites or other embedded insects. The tent also goes from the roof down to the ground and the ground will usually be moistened a bit to ensure are a more secure seal. Western's termite specialists will add fumigants to the house and then ensure the chemicals get deep in the wood and we then remove the fumigant so there's nothing left behind. Western Exterminator will do follow-up treatments to ensure termites or other insects are gone.
Adult bed bugs look reddish-brown, with bodies oval-shaped. However, they are small, which makes them hard to see and they are very good at hiding. During their egg phases and early development, bed bugs are tiny and about the size, shape and color of appleseeds. Often, the signs of bed bugs include the shed skins and the material they leave behind after feeding on you. This includes blood spots and brown spots which are fecal matter from the bed bugs.
Yes, there are flying termites. Termites fly when they first set out to start a new colony. Termite alates have wings to leave their current colony and head to a new spot to start another colony with a new queen. The queen will also have wings until she finds a new spot and then these termites shed their wings.
