This company is extremely unprofessional and only out to steal your money!!! They came to my door offering pest control services and their monthly rate seemed reasonable. After them servicing the yard, I noticed an increase amount of spiders around the house and on my 1 year olds toys. They offered a complimentary warranty service to come out and spray again, especially his toys. I have never seen so many spider webs and black widows in my yard ever! Their product doesn’t work!!! I called to cancel the service since I’ll have to find a company with effective products. Hawx said that it was $195 to cancel, which was never explained when I signed up. I told them I wasn’t paying a cancellation fee, I got really upset and hung up the phone, only to realize that they charged my bank WITHOUT authorization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not use Hawx Pest control. Not only are they not effective their service rep lied several times. He told me I could cancel my account at any time without charge through the online portal. This was not true at all. Not only did I have to call to cancel my account there was a cancellation fee, even though he told me there would be no cancellation fee. We had a hornets nest in that they were not able to completely get rid of and we had ants coming into the house. After several visits by Hawx, these problems continued. Their service techs were kind and friendly, but their services suck.

The pest service was decent, but not too effective. The reps also don't tell you the full details when signing you up, was not told about a cancelation fee and the representative who signed me up also told me that I could cancel at any time for no charge. Don't sign a contract with them or you'll lose out on money.
