Additionally, if wrongfully fires you need to contact your employer and discuss what they are telling Edd and try to work it out with them. If not let EDD know that your employer is hostile, that you are in disagreement with what they are stating, and EDD can have an investigator verify details with other mgrs or coemployees. It can be a very messy problem. If you can get on any kind of speaking terms it’s best, or make sure you have evidence to back up what your saying that’s different.
