Unfortunately they have permanently lost my business. I have a special need for two different size boots due to a medical condition and I asked them if any of their brands would be able to accommodate the need for two different sizes and the woman in the store informed me that none of their brands that they carry would be able to work with me and that I would have to buy 2 pairs of boots. At almost $200 a pair it would be unreasonable to buy two pairs. I did some of my own research and almost all of their brands will accommodate people with special needs due to medical conditions. My advise would be to go check out their competitors

These people won’t have knowledge about. They can’t even recommend a good shoe to last when working with pool chemicals.
Call them instead of just asking here. They definitely need better customer oriented help.
