I’ve been calling for two days called at 8 AM they said they were not open called at 8:01 and now they’re saying too many calls I honestly think they turn off there system somehow so that we can’t call them and they can keep our money!!!!

I have been trying to contact them since I went on maternity leave in October! There’s an issue trying to claim my benefit online so I have been calling them non stop since then and it’s the same BS machine. This is ridiculous! I’m also trying to go on FMLA and i can’t file that either! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I've been trying to call them for months now too. If you call exactly at 8am, it says they are closed than i redial right away and all of a sudden they have way too many phone calls to handle. Its so frustrating.

WOW! I'm on the same boat. Been waiting for over a month and half with no payment received or the BOA card. I know what i should be receiving but yet still have not gotten anything or status. No way to contact or speak to somebody :( , this is BS

That's exactly what's been happening to me, I call before they open and then a minute before and then 8:01am comes they say there's too many callers! They are full of s!%* they make it hard on us but we are the working class and deserve our money! Yes I've filled online and send messages no luck!
