I'm picking up someone who is dropping off a rental car at Tampa International. Is there a place for me to park at the rental car area to pick them up?

I rent often from the AP. I normally have someone follow me all the way to the rental drop-off point. After I complete, the drop off, I simply meet them at the same place of entry. If you have to drive around the building, by the time they finish dropping the car off you would be able to pick them up, again at the same point of drop off entry.

Have them park in cell phone lot then call them when ready and they just drive around and you walk down to arrival area and they pick you up.

Well I did not see a designated parking place for vehicles that weren't rentals but I had someone pick me up as well and there is a baracade along side the rental lot and it's pretty safe to pull up there.
