If a dog is returned the next day due to not being able to be around cats, is a refund issued? Or a credit? I forgot to ask when I was there, and the payment (check) hasn't posted yet? I gave all my paperwork back so I am not able to reference it :/

The money that you give me goes for the food water medical treatment for the animals do you really want to take that back think about it

I don't think so on refund, but they may let you pick another pet. Call them.

Don't believe they do refunds as it all goes towards the animals! They are awesome there! I am sure they will work something out with you. Give them a call! Best wishes!

No im sure they will take your pet back but i think you have to foster the dog first about a month at home so the pet is able to adjust and other pets you have adjust to the new pet. If it doesnt work out you lose your deposit and or the pet in question.
