I would like to personally thank Leisa Todero for taking her time to assist me with my resubmitting my claim today at the office. This is my first time utilizing DAV services and because of her warm embrace it certainly won’t be my last. Great services. But over whelm with vets. Long waiting times. Limited parking spots on busy day you park on the grass. (To many war stories during processing I get it but thier is a time and a place. Hold up the long lines).

These guys are probably the best friends a a Veteran could have. From every single step through the entire process, these people really care about you and your process. Dont hesitate to go over to the office and tell them your situation. Advise going early as parking can be limited. Also call ahead if you are unsure as wait times can get a little longer if you aren't able to get there really early.
