I have spent a lot of money with this company for two different homes. For my own home, itwas 3 weeks from the start of the job until completion because the first subcontractor hired by APCO was unreliable, had their own incompetent people, and wouldn’t show up to work. In the meantime, my yard was flooded and a basement wall had water leaking through. I had to take off work to ensure my basement wouldn’t flood with the continuous rain and come to some kind of resolution to have the job finished. For a 20k project which everyone knows things are up charged, my initial “inconvenience discount” was $300. Then an additional $450 after I complained. It’s an insult when I have provided your business with over 32k worth of work. I won’t recommend anyone to use this company.

In February of 2022, I phoned APCO with a warranty issue on 5 of my 9 windows. Early March, a service rep came out to look at the windows and confirmed, there were indeed leaks, and the windows would be replaced. He told me it would take 8-10 weeks. Six months later I still do not have the windows. I have phoned on 3 different occasions only to be given 3 different excuses, including the order had never been placed. I was assured it would be expedited and that someone would call back with an estimated date. Still waiting on that call!! I have also been told that due to staffing issues and personnel turnover, APCO is having issues with their orders. I phoned today, 9/22/22 and the receptionist told me she would have Randy call me back right away, that was 7 hrs ago. I am tired of the excuses and poor communication. APCO’s Quality Assurance Pledge: “We are not satisfied until our customer is satisfied.” I’m not satisfied!
