Hi Jack and thank you for your inquiry. Professional carpet cleaning by a certified company should not cause for your carpet to re soil quickly. On the contrary, most carpet manufacturers highly recommend you professionally clean your carpet once or twice a month to preserve the warranty on in and the life of the carpet. If you are looking to have your carpets professionally cleaned I would recommend you request extra rinsing passes so that all cleaning agents are completely removed to avoid premature soiling. Hi Phill, thank you for your question. You could rent a machine at your local Home Depot or Lowe’s but my clients have expressed to me that the results they get from hiring a professional like ourselves does not compare to using a portable machine.
