We had a 20 year old kitty who suddenly took a turn for the worst this past Saturday morning. Our regular vet was on vacation and we didn't want to go to the animal ER. We knew nothing could be done and didn't want her to suffer. Banfield gave us an appointment to come right in. Dr Barbosa & Savannah were so kind and compassionate as they helped our girl cross over. For that we are so grateful.

Q this place is ridiculous. My mom brought her beautiful dog there today at 8 am to just have the doggie sitting in a kennel for 6 hours before the doctor even saw her and nobody took her to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t do that to a human let along a beautiful innocent puppy. This place should be shut down. DONT GO HERE FIND A PLACE THAT CARES!!!!!

Buying into their “wellness plan” for your dog is a scam, if you buy the upgraded plan you should demand an X-ray since this should be included. Also, they still refuse to let owners into the exam room with your pet (due to social distancing), this causes my deaf 13 year old dog so much anxiety and they allow 2 and more employees into that same exam room
