I walked in with an appointment and talked with an employee who wasn’t helpful at all, so we just decided to roam the store on our own. BUT then CANYON walked right up to us while we were roaming the store was SO helpful and kind, if you end up at this location he is a great person that will assist with all your needs. He definitely went the extra mile for us.

Just stopped into my local men's wearhouse to try and pick up a moderately priced Blazer or suit coat. I wondered around the store looking for suits that had been advertised to me but couldn't find them. I tried to get the attention of multiple staff members but was ignored and passed over by the sales people. I guess because I looked at the clearance rack while I waited for help they deemed me to poor to serve or not worth Thier time. When I finally approached a sales person directly and asked where the suit I had been advertised was, he proceeded to tell me it was only available online but not before slowly looking me up and down and telling me to not waste his time with his expression. I won't be coming back as Thier selection was limited and Thier customer service reprehensible.

Tyrone rushed us out on a not so busy Sunday. Told us to go online and start there then come back on a weekday preferably Wednesday when he was off. We're a big wedding party unfortunately for you we'll be going down the street.

I've always had great customer service at Men's warehouse in CT. Fast forward to my sons Prom dinner. Arrived at the Men's Warehouse on 192 and was met by Kenneth. Kenneth fit my son with a sharp suit. Couldn't have been more pleased. Excellent customer service.
