I have spent a lot of $$$$ here at this store in the thousands. When you go to stop spending $$$$ and want to make a warranty claim good luck on getting someone to show up or even return your call! I bought hurricane doors and the mini blinds on one went bad within a month. They replaced no problem, then the other one went bad a few months later and called to have John come out to look at it and no one showed up and finally 8 months later I got John to come over and take measurements. Again didn't hear back. Now 5 months later Jeff Love tells me it's out of warranty and it's $665.00 their cost to replace. What the hell is wrong with this company. If, I cost them any $$$$ by someone reading this and don't buy from them that would be awesome! Very poor customer service and how this was handled. There are good people that work there. Guess follow though is something these two don't practice! Dam Shame!
