Most of the time it's free, you just have to go there and meet all the kitties and then choose one, make sure to have your photo ID and you will have to fill out paperwork, so expect to be there at least an hour. Best bet is to just go there.
I adopted 2 kitties from there it was fre and they were fixed with shots. Just stop in they will answer every question you may have.
I want to say $25. But I do know if it's a senior cat the wave the adoption fee. That's how I got my pom/mix in May
