Call the office
Best thing to do is check with the office. They would have a list of rental. Also in clubhouse some residents post that they have rentals available there also. I would drive around in the park ... there are signs on some homes that say for rent ... then call the number on the sign. They really take care of the park to make it beautiful, safe, friendly and a great place to live.
Not likely that you can just rent one month. Usually owners want three to four months. On the clubhouse bulletin board there were lots of people wanting February and March but few looking for renters. Those renting wanted four months.
