My son has tried and tried to reach this mobile home park because there is no affordable housing in Pinellas county. When they're supposed to be open they have a close sign on the door. When he leaves messages phone or text, they do not respond. Meanwhile he is in desperate need of affordable housing...

Some of the homes are in pretty rough shape, but with the price of housing, some folks don't have much choice. I'd check crime stats before deciding to live there.

I just spoke to Mary in the office after looking at their website AND MHVillage which both said they have multiple listings....miraculously after I said I had an emotional support dog, they had no properties. Hmmmm, guess someone should tell her that is illegal

Somewhat family-friendly, lots of kids playing in the street everyday. A few of the homes are occupied by undesirables but good luck finding a trailer park that doesn't have undesirables. Lots of trash and clutter around the park. There is a youth soccer field not far with bright lights and is often quite noisy at night.

Hope not
Lot of them go up for sale. But you have to act fast. They get sold very fast.
1200 with option to buy
Its like any other Mobil home park in the area . Floods in the rain alittle then your ok ! If they tell you to leave you need to go to your shelter where ever you pick to goto ! You cannot stay there if you want to be safe its that simple ! Don't kid yourself !
Are there any Mobil homes for rent in Tampa Bay Florida
Like every tipicle mobile home park but yes nice.
Don't know,sorry
$4,000 down $725 a month rent to own or buy one out right an pay $579 lot rent monthly thats what i did.
The dog needs to be approved by management, and the rules state "20lbs and under"
They have plenty of nice ones you have to call the office and speak with Mary
About what? Im lost
They probably won't respond to you on this server. You should try to call them tomorrow.
Usually on the rent-to-own deals the lot rent is included in the payment and then when the trailer is paid off then it's just lot rent
For your own good stay out
