I have been living here for about 4 years, And Management is horrible, they do not get things completed on time, example pool heater during winter was out over 3 months. Neighbor had a tree that belong to park uproot by his place and they fought him on getting it taken care of, and it took over 6 months to have cleaned up, and it was a terriable job done. The lot rent has gone up each year the most they can increase it. The people who live here are good people, but never anything positive about Management. I would never buy or rent from this property again!!

It could be a nicer park if it was run properly. There is a Mobil home on the side of ours that should be torn down and brought to the scrap pile. Instead they are selling the place, rats and all, for $100. Another one across the street in a little better shape that sold for $1000. There are a lot of nice people here but selling the run down homes for 100. only seems to attract squatters

They only care about getting the lot rent. Sad but true.. Been here for years and it gets worse every year. Especially when the snow 🐦 are back. Full time residents should be priority..

They have to fill a certain percentage with 55 plus then they lower it to 45. We have lived here since 2013. Lot rent jumps up every year. Crazy for what we get. Lawn service is terrible! Some people actually mow their own. Others have signs up telling the ones who come into their yards to blow leaves not to enter. They make it worse than what it was. They break garden decorations. They don't care!
Not that I know of. Rentals have to be for 6 mons. Or more
Lot rent is $600 but they add fees like trash and water so for a total it is about $800 a month.
We have lived here since 2013. This place has different rules for different people. When we were looking to move in we met an older woman who moved from Texas with her college student granddaughter. She was now selling her place that she just barely moved into because she needed the help of her granddaughter to be able to live on her own. Management told her that her granddaughter couldn't live there due to her young age. So she had no choice but to sell. We were outraged when we found out later that there are people here who have family and friend's who are in their 20's and 30's living with them. We even see some getting on and off school buses. That is so WRONG! Her granddaughter was a very nice and proper young lady. Very lovely and intelligent. There should have been no reason why she couldn't move in to help take care of her grandmother. I have never forgotten what they did. Sinful! The rules get enforced for some and let go for others. And it continues to this day.
Depends on your age but I not sure if being her caregiver changes anything. They do allow a certain amount of 45+ .
Early 70s I think. Still a beautiful park.
