Who do you have for your Homeowner's insurance?
Asking for a home there which is 1984 1418sf. We are having difficulty getting homeowner's insurance for a manufactured home

It is very hard to find coverage for mobile homes because of the age. Allot of our clients have luck with citizens.
why is there such a big range in lot fees? I've seen fro $322/mo to $624/mo and they both say the same thing is offered

If you own your lot its $322/mo the $624 is if you rent your lot you need to check with office for current lot price
This is a Mobil home park. My friend rents a mobile home there. So I do not know about how she got the rental. Most mobile home parks you can call the mobile home park office or go in to ask them your questions.
Does the board Of Caribbean Isles make the decision of who is allowed in the community? Newby management has said that they exemplify Christian values, 4 applications denied. Why? No reason given !

It's probably private so they keep out rift raft and other elements that the current resident population moved there specifically to be sheltered from.
How come after four applications Joan Padron and Janet Kinsberg Lot 396 were not approved for residency? greatly deceived by owner who sold us the house, no help Newby management, no response from Lawyer.No help from Mark in office.

If the house was sold to you and you cannot live there, due to non approval, i would contact an attorney that will respond to you. I highly recommend, Kirk Eason, Palmetto Law.
