The office is the best bet. They are very nice. Also it is a nice community. Usually there is about a dozen for sale ranging from $20k-$80k. If there are some from Ryder, you have to go through them but Ryder won't show them to you. Good luck.
With the in house real estate No....but if you find a unit by owner or with an outside real estate agent --I have seen several.

Yes, but the people looking to rent always outnumber the units for rent. The community bulletin has both types posted, but it's 10 to 1 in favor of those looking to rent.
My suggestion would be to address the tree situation with them. I live on the canal myself and so far I've had no problems. I will be posting an update as I will be requesting some branches removed as well, before hurricane season, a couple weeks coming.
