These photos were actual taken from the bridge on Ulmerton Rd. just west of the park. This was a rather large gator...estimated at 12ft. in length, and since this canal runs parallel to the west side of the park, I hope no one has been feeding the big fella?
Yes, there r quite a few for sale both with and without a share. A share reduces your monthly assessment from $600 to $250 / month. That includes water and sewer, garbage collection 2x/ wk. and lawn care.
$600.00 corner, water lots are more. water ,trash,and grass mowed and weedeated.
I am looking for any size unit that is available for Jan. 2019. Will use for approx 2 weeks.
