Pointe West is our "sister community" and a very nice place. I enjoy visiting their pool occasionally and seeing friends I've made there.

The management is extremely hard to find, that is if and when she shows up, office hrs are 10 to 2 monday to friday if you can catch her... the maintenance is Pathetic ,also very 2 faced!!!!!

Hello -- I am from New Brunswick, Canada and am looking for a Mobile Home to rent for the months of Jan. Feb. March and possibly April. Are there any rentals for this period of time in your park.

You can call the office there at Point West for that information. Or try Zillow. They do have rentals, but if you prefer, you can purchase a trailer as most of them are furnished. The pool is heated in the winter months and the Canadians who spend the winter there take advantage of the pool and enjoy it. Its, for the most part, a friendly subdivision. I think you would like it there. Good luck to you in finding a home there. 😉
