We're on the 3rd day in 2 weeks without water. And today alone has been over 10 hours. WITH NO NOTICE! It's very convenient for the office to close and stop taking calls only to leave it's tenants with out water.

Doesn't matter how much cash you have, you still have to have over a 650 credit score i believe and show income at least 4x lot rent, which is around 700 a month now including everything but power and cable.
If you are looking for a place quickly, probably wont happen...you have to pay for a background check before you can move in...takes a few days....call the office though and adk....
Look on your rent bill. See if it shows who owns the park then Google it.
I'm not sure how they do that in the leasing office. You should call them when they open at 9 a.m.
You could, I believe. I have seen it done but I would ask the front office to verify that. They are on like the 5th office personnel in the last year and a half. And every time some new management team comes in they change all the rules.
Our Lot Rent is now $808.00. They don't even now the grass. With utilities, its expensive and I've lived here 24 years.. They are pricing people right out of the Park. FYI. The rent goes up every August. We have no Security and the teens run wild. It was nice when we moved here, not so much cause they don't do anything for us.

It is a drug filled neighborhood, so if you have some shopping to do, come on by. According to the prospectus there is no subleasing.

Check with front office. There should be properties available, but if your looking specifically for an EMPTY lot I'm pretty sure they've moved new trailers into all the empty spaces.

It’s insane and if something happens on your property you don’t own, yet the office pretends like you do. Then it’s on you. I don't recommend anyone moving here, it isn't safe as a homeowner. The office is a joke and is never there they treat resident like criminals. Buyers beware!!!
