It’s insane and if something happens on your property you don’t own, yet the office pretends like you do. Then it’s on you. I don't recommend anyone moving here, it isn't safe as a homeowner. The office is a joke and is never there they treat resident like criminals. Buyers beware!!!
Its in the low 700, like 720 or less with garbage, water, taxes and everything else. Thats for a big corner lot, so i dont see any being more expensive than that.
