My dad lived here and LOVED it. Community foke wanted him to be their Sheriff b/c he cared so much about people and their right to have their plot, be respected, and live in peace. But mgmnt said thanks "but wole settle for you strappin on yer nice yella Git-tar and an Harmonica n playing us a song or two Instead" so That's what he did. That and lotza walkin and walkin while humming up another new song...

If I could give this place zero stars I would, their lack of Communication is despicable. I Drove out to Largo three different times just to end up mailing in the application because nobody was showing up during the open office hours. I find out two weeks later after calling them multiple times and never hearing back that they sold the place I was looking at behind my back. This place is awful and I don’t recommend this park.

I have no complaints. Faith is wonderful to deal with. Great with conversation. I get along with all the neighbor's. I would move my mother into this place. 5 stars. Everyone wants to leave a review when they get upset but no one's given a viable reason to get upset. Also after owning a home in this park for nearly 2 year's now, never had an issue with any bugs except a few ants.

Worst place to live, hell would be preferable. Infested with roaches and termites. They promise they going to fix things and never do. We sold our trailer for 1 dallor to get out.
