Mgmt is so shady and underhanded. I have been harassed since ive moved in. I feel as thugh im living in a hostile environment. Management has recently changed this into a great place to live. Friendly happy people all around#

To live there no. It's a 55 plus park. However they are allowed if they are visiting someone who lives three l there.
Cannot adequately answer this question..most of the mobiles here are private ownership and the ones that are for rent have been inherited by the park for different reasons..are older.. and expensive..you would have to contact park mgr for details..
My mom has lived there since May and she has never had an issue at all!!!
