I'm sure after a little while of doing that codes would come in and know about it?? So they have to be up and running as a normal mhp just different rules for older parks...
Our lot rent is 430 and for 6 months everytime rent was paid so was the water never late but the previous balance was added to the new balance every month until it reached $250 I called the owner and explained what was happening. He looked into the next month my balance was .38 cents which still doesn't add up. Also the my meter was off on my bill as well by more then a couple thousand so watch that

Lot rent with water and garbage is about 380, there are several double wides for sale in the park one that is totally been refurbished and is like new
There may be some rent-to-own units but no month to month
