This bank has liars employed. Was told my check would clear and had plans to pay for something only to find out MY money will be held for 5 days when I called the customer service center. Not only that, good luck getting in touch with anyone on the phone at this location because they do not answer at all. Terrible customer service with no regard for their customers financial security. I will definitely be in the market for a new bank account. Never have I ever been lied to so much

I believe they have their weekly huddle to go over company changes and sales. No other way to get it done and they like face time with their employees. I used to work there and impossible for 20 minutes on a Friday AM.

When I opened my accounts, I believe needed $5.00 in a savings account, and I've got three accounts. Checking, savings and money market. My accounts are free, as I've got direct deposit. Mind you, I've also been banking at Achieva for over 25 years. Some things may have changed, but they many different types of accounts. Teen, college kids, etc.
