I called to ask about down payment assistance as a first time home buyer for me and my fiance this morning. Since this is our first time going through this process, we obviously have questions and are trying to understand everything as we go. The lady that I spoke with at around 10am this morning was very quick to throw every bit of info at me, and when I tried to clarify exactly what we needed to do first, out of everything that she explained, she was very snappy and quick to interrupt me. I was confused and trying to simply get the proper understanding of the process and I explained that we already have a lender and are pre-approved. We already had a hammer dropped on us several days ago where we are currently renting, as the owner suddenly decided to sell the property and gave us 30 days. So long story, not so short, we are already stressed beyond belief and clearly she did not have the time for a conversation with me, nor wanted to help me, so her attitude is not appreciated, and maybe she should be more understanding of the people that she is speaking with over the phone. After that conversation, I wouldn't work with her or Orange County if they were the last down payment assistance option on earth.

Was very rude and slow at processing my portability. No one never answers the phone I even tried sending a email and I got one email back just to let me know they received my portability and I think they only did that because I was constantly calling. And seen like there is no other way to cantact them about anything you want to know about your information.
