They have the worst customers service ever Ive been at the same address for 12 years and always go to their office to make payments but I’ve noticed that some people in there are nasty. Their supervisor named Shawn this employee named Maria was talking to me like I was her friend . They would not let me talk or ask any questions . No professionalism at all I felt so disrespected. Never again .

Huge thanks to everyone at Orange County Utilities, especially Maria Rivera, for outlining the process and for the outstanding customer service. Absolutely 5 stars!! I honestly had no idea how to go about setting up the account in this way so thank you all for your input and direction, so much appreciated. I started this inquiry on Friday afternoon and by lunchtime today was fully informed on how to achieve my objective. 1 phone call and numerous emails provided the responses and direction I needed. My emails were responded to in record time. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :-)
