Yesterday my son was scheduled at 1:40pm, walking to window 11, 2mins late! Another customer was already being serviced. 2mins late- ok. Rescheduled for today for 11:10am and called at 12:13pm only to learn that their credit card machine is down. So I will be back for the 3rd time. Anyways, Kimberley was sincere and helpful. I give her the credit for being informative on what needed to be done.

I’ve gone to others TAX Collector offices when I needed to redo my registration or renew my license and they have been so kind and helpful, was looking forward to another experience just like that but got the complete opposite. Needed to pay tolls and was given a phone number, but needed a reference number. Asked what that was and they just said “just call the number.” We were sent on so many loops and going back and forth just trying to get the number. Each time I would ask for help they refused and kept saying “just call” when it did no good because when I called it asked for the reference number. Never have I experienced anything like this. What happened to assisting others? Especially when doing something we’ve never done before? They’re systems are slow and outdated, you’ll spend hours here waiting for clearance just to be told you have to reschedule. Save your self time and go to ANY other place.
