Yesterday 11/25/18 I realized that there was an error in the transcription of my address by a letter (t) I am writing today 11/26/18 to the lady at the box office who attended me that day and I made the mistake she tells me the fault is hers and stand in line, I find it very rude of her because she was doing my paperwork and talking on the phone at the same time. here I am in line waiting for someone to assist me without any proactive response.
