The place is in an excellent location, about 7 minutes from universal, I-4, places to eat, shop and do activities outside of the Disney parks. Rooms can improve! The dining room chairs were stained, there was dirt on the walls and the floor, we asked them to clean it again before check in. Cleaning should be more intentional. They did not arrive the day we were assigned to clean the room and there was nowhere to throw the garbage. They do not change towels or give you toilet paper during your stay. You have to pay for that yourself. And the smell of the chemicals after they clean is a bit unpleasant. I do not recommend it to families with children. Of course I'm talking based on the 2 rooms we saw with a queen bed with a mini kitchen, dining room and bathtub. I don't know the state of the other rooms... Good Price for 7 days.

The management is very helpful. The rooms are nice and cleaned. They also keep the property clean and pest free.

May not be the best of best when it comes to rooms...but they are not bad (they also renovating rooms)..the staff is amazing..has a good homely feel.. great location...if you stuck in a long term spot very affordable...and if on a vacation close enough to where you wanna go... Very affordable...great location...money well spent

The staff here really is amazing. They really do feel like family. This is a great location for those who are in between homes or looking for their forever home. It definitely has a community feel while being in an amazing location. There's not one member of the staff who does not give you 110% every day.
