You can but it's not necessary and I'll explain why, and how to figure out what you need as far as expenses basically how much it will cost you, measure average length times width and especially if it is a free-form pool or Spa times that by $ 10 per square foot of surface area a rectangle is much easier to get correct, The desired finish today for most homeowners are the mini Pebble finish it comes in various wonderful and beautiful colors, I can recommend a company to give you a free estimate just let me know. Or call a reputable swimming pool contractor, that estimated square foot price should be including prep work
