Horrible experience. Signed up for full pool maintenance service. First week, tech lied about coming to my home and ringing our doorbell. We have a lock on our door which we planned on giving to him on his first visit. Guess he didn't feel like doing our pool this week so he left. We emailed the company twice during the day to find out when the Tech was coming. They kept saying, " he's on his way" . They didn't even know that I had already been to my home at 10:00 in the morning and left without servicing the pool. The worst part about it is I signed up for this service and asked them to give me weekly weekly the chemical pool readings because I needed for my pool warranty. They said they could do it to get my money and then once this whole situation went down on my 1st appointment they called me and said they couldn't provide me with my pull readings every week. I had also spent over $1500 on a pool cleaner the week before when I signed up for the service. Horrible first experience dealing with these people. To add insult to injury, one of their staff calls me and says they never agreed to provide pool readings on a weekly basis. 🤔. She also indicated they didn't believe that their tech had come to the house and left without actually knocking on our door or even attempting to call us even after we send them our ring video showing them exactly that. I hate long winded reviews but this one is needed. Take your money somewhere else. PS. We actually met one of the partner owners and he was a pretty nice guy. We bought the pool cleaner from him. We would have been happy to give them our business.

This was the first time I used their services and I couldn't be more pleased. Jose the service tech on the call was affable, professional, and informative. Our issue needed a simple fix when we were thinking some equipment replacement would have been necessary. It would have been easy for him to sell us the replacement we thought we needed, but he was straight to the point in addressing the issue. I visited the store shortly after and the team there matched Jose's commitment to customer service.

No complaints here, I bring my pool water here to get tested. I usually end up getting the same chemicals everybody's helpful and I'm usually in and out in a few minutes. They pretty much have everything I need come supplies to floats and stuff for the pool.
